Job Description:
We are seeking five (5) highly skilled, fluent English-speaking Fraud Department Agents to join our growing remote team. You will be the first line of defense in identifying and handling potential fraud, supporting our clients, and helping safeguard their financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and investigate suspicious transactions or activities.

Respond to fraud alerts and communicate with clients clearly and professionally.

Analyze data to detect fraudulent patterns.

Collaborate with internal teams to report, escalate, and resolve fraud cases.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of investigations and outcomes.

Provide support to clients with concerns about fraud and account safety.

Requirements:

Fluent English (spoken and written) – Native-level proficiency preferred.

Prior experience in fraud investigation, customer support, or financial services is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.

Comfortable using fraud detection software and reporting tools (training provided if needed).

Availability to work full-time in a remote environment.
