JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I'm Wylem, founder of a premium web design studio based in Paris, France. We create distinctive websites for high-end restaurants and hospitality brands. I'm looking for ONE talented Framer designer to become my main creative partner long-term — not a freelancer for a single project.

If you love editorial design, premium typography, and want stable long-term work with a growing studio, keep reading.

WHAT WE DO

We design and build premium websites for Parisian restaurants (and soon hospitality brands across Europe). Our visual identity is editorial, minimal, with strong typography and refined motion. Think the energy ---------- ---------- ---------- client we sign starts with a custom design mockup we showcase publicly on Instagram and TikTok. That's how we attract new clients. Your work will be the heart of our content strategy and our delivery.

YOUR DAILY WORK WILL INCLUDE

- Designing Instagram carousel posts (4-6 slides) showcasing restaurant website mockups in our signature visual style
- Creating mockup screens for TikTok and Reels videos
- Building real client websites in Framer (typically 5-7 pages, French + English, with reservation widget integration)
- Designing and maintaining our internal library of reusable components, layouts, and templates
- Iterating quickly based on creative direction I provide
- Suggesting design improvements proactively (I want a partner, not just an executor)

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong Framer portfolio with LIVE project links (not screenshots — I need to interact with your sites)
- Excellent eye for premium editorial design with refined typography hierarchy
- Mastery of Figma for mockup creation and component systems
- Photoshop or equivalent skills for 3D mockups, soft shadows, premium product shots
- Mobile-first design thinking (80% of restaurant traffic is mobile)
- Clear written English (we'll communicate daily via Slack or WhatsApp)
- Self-driven, reliable, communicative when blocked

NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED)

- Past restaurant, hotel, or hospitality website work
- Motion and animation skills inside Framer
- Experience integrating booking widgets (TheFork, Zenchef, OpenTable APIs)
- Basic French language understanding (I handle 100% of French content, but it helps)

THE SETUP I'M OFFERING

- Full-time preferred (40h/week). Strong part-time candidates also considered.
- Long-term collaboration. I'm not hiring for a project — I'm hiring a partner I want to work with for years.
- Salary: $600 to $900 USD per month depending on experience and portfolio strength
- Performance bonus reviewed after 3 months
- Paid Filipino public holidays
- 13th month bonus at year-end
- Paid via Wise, twice per month (15th and 30th)
- Working hours flexible, but minimum 4h overlap with Paris time (CET) for daily sync
- All tools provided (Framer team license, Figma, Slack, project management)

TO APPLY, PLEASE SEND ME

1. Links to your 3 to 5 best Framer projects (LIVE URLs, please)
2. One Instagram carousel sample you've designed (or one from another designer that matches our target aesthetic, with your explanation why)
3. Your monthly salary expectation in USD
4. Your timezone, daily working hours, and weekly availability
5. A short paragraph (3-5 sentences) on why premium restaurant and hospitality branding excites you specifically

Candidates who don't address all 5 points will not be considered.

PAID TEST BEFORE FINAL HIRING

Top 3 candidates will complete a paid test ($50 USD, paid via Wise within 24h of delivery): Design one Instagram carousel (4 slides, 1080x1350px) for a fictional Parisian bistrot called "Le Bistrot Rouge", based on a brief I'll provide. Deadline: 48 hours from brief reception.

This test reflects exactly the work we'll do daily, and it's the fairest way for both of us to make sure we're a great fit.

I read every application personally. Looking forward to building something great with the right person.

— Wylem
