Fractional CFO for Growing Virtual Healthcare Services Company (Scribing, RPM, CCM, Billing)

We’re a fast-growing healthcare operations company—Upgrade to see actual info—providing virtual medical scribing, Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Virtual Assistant staffing. We’ve recently expanded into medical billing services and are now seeking a fractional CFO to help us scale with precision and profitability.
This is a part-time, remote role (5–20 hours/month) for someone who can plug in quickly, provide strategic financial guidance, and has prior experience working with healthcare businesses or service-based models.


Key Responsibilities:
• Build and refine financial models across multiple service lines (Scribing, RPM, CCM, Billing, VA staffing)
• Create cash flow forecasts and scenario planning for growth
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards (revenue per client, reimbursement timelines, utilization, etc.)
• Advise on service pricing, bundling strategies, and cost optimization
• Help structure financial compliance with Medicare and HIPAA-related billing (especially RPM/CCM)
• Guide setup and/or improvement of billing and revenue cycle operations


Ideal Candidate Has:
• Experience as a CFO or financial lead in a healthcare, SaaS, or professional services business
• Strong understanding of CPT code-based reimbursement (especially RPM/CCM)
• Familiarity with virtual care models and tech-enabled service delivery
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote environment

Project Scope:
• Estimated 5–15 hours/month to start
• Flexible schedule, with potential to scale up over time
• Long-term relationship preferred
