About Us
We're building products in the travel and fundraising space. Both are built in Lovable with AI-driven development (Claude, Claude Code). We're early-stage, moving fast, and need someone who gets this approach and wants to grow with us long-term.
The Role
You'll own the full product and engineering side of our platform. This means:
- Reviewing feedback and d
- Building features in Lovable (our primary tool)
- Debugging issues and optimizing performance
- Integrating with our backend when needed
- Shipping incrementally, not perfecting
You're not maintaining old code or fixing legacy systems. You're thinking about what the product needs to become and building it. This is ongoing work. There will always be something to build, improve, or optimize.
What We're Looking For
- You've built multiple apps in Lovable or similar AI-first tools
- You're comfortable with JavaScript/React and can write custom code when Lovable hits its limits
- You understand product thinking, not just feature requests
- You move fast and ship incrementally
- You're excited about AI-first development, not skeptical of it
- You want to grow with the team long-term
Nice to Have
- Experience with payment platforms or marketplace logic
- Comfort with travel or nonprofit space
- Experience working with Claude Code
What's Not a Fit
- You think Lovable is "not real development"
- You want to rebuild everything in traditional frameworks
- You need extensive hand-holding or detailed specs before building
- You're looking for a short-term gig
Timezone & Hours
Remote, but consistent overlap with US business hours (Pacific timezone preferred)
Compensation
$1,100 – $1,300 USD per month depending on experience. This is a long-term founding role with real room to grow. As we scale, so does your compensation and influence on the product direction.
If this sounds right, tell us:
1. What's your experience building in Lovable? (Show us an example or two)
2. Walk us through how you'd approach a product roadmap
3. How do you use Claude or Claude Code in your process?
Looking forward to talking.
