Founding Full-Stack Engineer – Cross-Border Shopping Agent Platform

We are building a next-generation "Direct-to-Consumer" shipping agent platform that bridges the gap between domestic Chinese marketplaces (Taobao, 1688, Weidian) and global consumers. We aim to simplify the procurement, quality control (QC), and international shipping process through a high-performance, automated dashboard.

As our first technical hire, you will be responsible for building the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) from the ground up. You will design the architecture that allows users to paste a product link, automate the purchasing process, and manage warehouse inventory.

Core Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Integration: Develop robust scrapers and API integrations for major Chinese e-commerce platforms to fetch product data, pricing, and shipping status.
- System Architecture: Build a scalable backend to handle high volumes of order tracking, photos (QC), and complex international shipping logic.
- Order Management System (OMS): Create a dashboard for both customers and warehouse staff to manage the lifecycle of an item—from "Purchased" to "Stored" to "Shipped."
- Payment & Logistics: Integrate international payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Crypto) and logistics APIs (FedEx, DHL, EMS) for real-time shipping quotes and tracking.

Proficiency in Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or Go.
Experience with React.js or Next.js to build a fast, mobile-responsive user interface.
Experience with Web Scraping (Puppeteer/Selenium) and handling unstructured data.
Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
Bonus - Ability to navigate Chinese API documentation (Taobao Open Platform, etc.) is a massive plus.
