Founding Full-Stack Engineer (software platform)
Embedded/Bluetooth Hardware Engineer (headset electronics)
UI/UX Designer with Aviation Experience (pilot workflow)

Mission: Build a pilot-focused platform that combines:
Bluetooth aviation headset integration
Real-time voice dictation
Language translation
Airline pay calculator based on contract rules
Digital flight logbook
Duty and fatigue tracking
Schedule parsing
Mobile apps (iOS/Android)
Cloud backend and APIs

Responsibilities
Build the core pilot software platform.
Develop Bluetooth communication with aviation headsets.
Create voice-to-text cockpit note taking.
Integrate AI-powered translation.
Build a pay engine that calculates pilot pay from airline contracts.
Develop a digital logbook that tracks hours automatically.
Create mobile applications and backend infrastructure.
Design secure synchronization across devices.

Ideal Candidate
Full-stack software engineer.
Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
Mobile development (Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin).
Backend development (Python, Node.js, Go, or similar).
Experience with speech recognition and AI APIs.
Aviation experience preferred but not required.
