FOUNDER OPERATOR — PRODUCT BRAND BUILD

> About the Role

We’re looking for a driven founder operator to lead the build of a high-quality product brand from the ground up. You’ll own end-to-end execution across supplier sourcing, product customization, operations, shipping, and marketing. This is a remote role based in the Philippines, with the potential to transition to equity as the business scales and proves traction.

> What You’ll Do

- Source and vet suppliers for quality products in underserved categories
- Manage quality control and customization to exceed market standards
- Oversee inventory, fulfillment, and logistics
- Execute marketing strategy on social channels and paid platforms based on provided guidelines and assets
- Build and optimize product listings
- Own the operational heartbeat of the brand
- Build and manage your own team as the business scales

> What We’re Looking For

- Founder mindset with entrepreneurial drive
- Understanding of how businesses operate end-to-end
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Marketing fundamentals and comfort executing campaigns
- Knowledge of supplier relationships and supply chain dynamics
- Strong operational and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with guidance
