Follow up specialist/Acquisition

Hello, I'm a wholesaler who is in need of someone who can serve as a follow-up specialist and acquisition manager. I need someone familiar with CRM, LeadFunnelCRM. I need someone who is experienced in acquisition management. Someone who can identify comparable properties using tools like Propstream, Zillow, and Redfin, and be proficient in calculating ARV (After Repair Value) and MAO (Maximum Allowable Offer). Someone who is well-versed in presenting offers to sellers, creating contracts, and using DocuSign for document handling.
