Floor Plan Modification

I have a Floor plan for a 7 story mixed use building that I need small revisions done to and usable area calculations for the percent commercial and the percent residential space. These calculations should proportionally split the common use area. If you are experienced this really shouldn't take more than 10-15 hours maximum.
