FiveM Server Developer Needed (QBCore / ESX) – Build a High-End DMV Roleplay Server

We are looking for an experienced FiveM Server Developer to help build and launch a high-quality DMV-based roleplay server.
We are not looking for a basic copy-and-paste server. Our goal is to create a unique and immersive roleplay experience inspired by the quality, detail, and player engagement of some of the most successful FiveM communities.
We are open to QBCore, ESX, or other frameworks, provided you can explain why your recommendation is the best fit for the project.

Our Vision
We want to build a server that feels polished, immersive, and engaging from day one. We are aiming for the level of quality seen in some of the top RP communities and want a developer who understands what keeps players active and invested long-term.
We're looking for someone who can recommend features, scripts, and systems that will help make the server stand out from the hundreds of generic servers currently available.
Timeline
We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
Our goal is to have the server operational within 7 days, or as close as possible. If you believe a different timeline is more realistic, please explain your proposed development schedule and milestones.
Requirements
Previous FiveM development experience
Experience with QBCore, ESX, or both
Knowledge of scripts, MLOs, vehicles, clothing, and server optimization
Strong troubleshooting skills
Good communication
Ability to provide regular progress updates
