Job Description:

Excel Reports Generation Mastery

-Extract and transform contact?center or dialer data (e.g., call logs, agent performance) into well?organized Excel sheets using formulas, PivotTables, and filtering.

-Design recurring reports and dashboards (e.g., daily/weekly KPIs, contact?rate metrics, agent productivity) that are clear, consistent, and ready for business review.

-Automate parts of the reporting process (such as refreshable templates and standard layouts) to reduce manual work and ensure accuracy.

Five9 Dialer Mastery
- Configure, monitor, and optimize outbound inbound and blended campaigns in Five9, including dialing strategies, list management, and call?flow routing.

-Manage contact lists, campaign schedules, and compliance settings to maximize contact rates while adhering to regulations.

-Troubleshoot dialer issues, work with technical support, and act as the main escalation point for dialer?related problems.
