Financial Controller, Underwriter, Accountant, and Bookkeeper

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Financial Controller/Underwriter/Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our hospitality real estate team. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and identifying opportunities for financial growth and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively. Experience with Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI) is highly desirable. The ideal candidate could also underwrite real estate deals and create a proforma of revenue and expenses after researching historical data on the property.
