Financial Controller - Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller with 10+ years of experience, including Big 4 accounting and healthcare industry expertise. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, taxes, compliance, and budgeting support.

Requirements:
10+ years of financial leadership experience
Big 4 accounting firm background
U.S. Healthcare accounting experience required, including experience with out of network insurance claims
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial analysis, and compliance
Experience with financial systems and reporting tools, including QuickBooks
Impeccable English

Responsibilities:
Oversee financial reporting and compliance
Ensure compliance with accounting standards
Provide strategic financial guidance
Optimize financial operations and controls
You will need to work in U.S. Central time from either 8AM to 12PM or 12PM to 4PM each day in central U.S. time
