Financial Analyst (Financial Modeling + Writing)

We are seeking a Financial Analyst ASAP with a strong foundation in finance and solid experience in valuation and financial modeling. This role requires someone who can think critically, work independently, and communicate findings clearly in a professional format.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) models
Perform comparable company valuation analyses
Analyze Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and identify key insights
Review and synthesize legal documents such as complaints, pleadings, and other litigation materials
Prepare clear, well-structured written reports (expert witness style)

Qualifications:

Strong finance knowledge and analytical skills
Proven experience in financial modeling and valuation work
Ability to write clearly, concisely, and professionally
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Schedule:

Will start ASAP
Monday through Friday
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (ET)
Availability for additional hours as needed
