The CEO of an established law firm and other entrepreneurial endeavors in Denver, Colorado, in the United States is seeking an experienced person for our Finance and Operations Executive Assistant position within our organization. This is a fully remote position allowing you to work from anywhere.
About the Role:
As the Finance and Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO of multiple enterprises, focusing on finance, project management, and operational improvements. This position requires a proactive, resourceful individual who can independently drive projects from conception to completion, collaborate effectively with various teams, and maintain flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Project Leadership: Initiate, plan, and execute diverse projects based on the CEO’s vision, adjusting strategies and resources as projects evolve.
- Strategic Support to the CEO: Provide high-level support to the CEO with tasks and strategic projects, including preparation of financial models, analytical reports, presentations, and critical decision-making tools.
- Financial Management Expertise: Develop detailed financial models, oversee budget formulation and management for multiple projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
- Operational Excellence: Continuously seek opportunities to direct, create and enhance operational processes, implement best practices, and optimize resource allocation across the different enterprises’ activities.
- KPI and Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators, provide insightful analyses, and make recommendations to enhance business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal tea
- Efficiency and Process Optimization: Lead efforts to streamline operations to improve speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness in every aspect of each business.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a senior project management or operations role, with a strong background in financial management within that role.
• At least 10 years of experience leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial and management reporting, accounting, multi-year forecasting/planning and additional finance functions at organizations with complex financial management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with a proactive approach and minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• Independent worker with a can-do attitude and strong ethical standards.
• Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving; with strong ability to anticipate needs, evaluate courses of action, and present thoughtful solutions for the CEOs decision.
• Highly analytical with meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly proficient at analyzing financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, etc.)
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced knowledge and utilization of Excel (i.e., pivot tables, etc.).
• Strong computer literacy to include use of MS Word, Power point, Outlook, and more.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and coordinating diverse teams.
• Very skilled at bringing organization and value to ideas.

Requirements
• Ability to work on United States time zone from 8:00 AM Mountain Time until 5:00 PM Mountain Time
• Minimum English Proficiency / Score: C1 (Advanced)
