About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager – Global Operations to oversee and enhance our global financial systems and processes. Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our accounting team, streamlining audits, managing budgets, and driving cash management strategies for multiple international entities.

- 4+ years as a Finance Manager within social enterprises, impact investment, or the Nonprofit sector.
- Proven experience managing foreign subsidiaries and navigating international financial processes.
- Background in banking or microfinance sectors is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Team Support: Collaborate with the Chief Compliance Officer to oversee accounting teams and processes.
- Audit Review: Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with annual audit requirements.
- Budget Development & Oversight: Partner with the Strategy Officer and Global Brigades member entities to develop and monitor budgets and cash flow projections.
- Review monthly bank reconciliations and manage cash strategies for GB USA.
- Transaction Reporting: Evaluate monthly revenue and expense reports for GB USA.
- Grant Approval: Assess and approve fund requests from Honduras, Ghana, Panama, Greece, and Nicaragua.
- Compliance & Strategy: Review and enforce internal compliance processes.
- Create and implement debt and cash management strategies.
- Microfinance Oversight: Advise and provide financial performance oversight for microfinance operations.
