What you'll be doing?

We are looking for a Full Time Operations Manager who will assist us in the Accounting, Finance and daily operations side of our company. You will be working cross functionally with various teams to carry out common goals of our organizations. You will also support the Finance /Operations Manager on day to day tasks.


Responsibilities
Accounting/Finance
? Inputting all transactions into QuickBooks Desktop and Online accounting systems
? AR/AP
? Monthly Reconciliation of credit card accounts
? Monthly reconciliation of bank statements
? Royalty reporting
? Cash flow management support
? Payroll Assistance support

Administration & HR
? Responsible for general operational tasks
? Assist in talent recruitment and new tea ---------- mber onboarding
? Creating and updating policies and procedures
? Supporting the Directors
? Setting up call and meetings for teams and clients
? Support legal department for trademarks filings and renewals
? Draft working contracts

Qualifications
? Excellent administrative and organizational skills
? Experience of accounting and/or bookkeeping
? Experience of using Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online and ----------
? Knowledge of financial systems, including accounting systems
? Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
? Ability to work calmly under pressure and keep to deadlines
? Ability to manage various project simultaneously
? Experience in working for entrepreneurial business is a plus
