Final Cut Pro Video Editor (Real Estate & YouTube, Per-Project)

I run a video editing service for real estate agents, educational YouTubers, and AI creators. I am looking for a skilled Final Cut Pro editor to cut show home tours, listing videos, and talking-head content on a per-project basis, paid per video.

A bit about how I work: I come from a film and teaching background, so I care about craft and clear communication. I give detailed briefs, I pay on time every time, and I treat editors as long-term collaborators, not disposable gig workers. I am looking for someone who takes pride in a clean cut, asks questions when a brief is unclear, and wants to grow as my client base grows. The work starts light and builds over time, so this suits someone patient who is in it for the long game.

THE WORK
Show home and property tour footage cut into clean, engaging videos
Talking-head educational and AI content for YouTube creators (pacing, b-roll, captions)
Listing videos, agent intros, and short-form cutdowns for social

YOU MUST HAVE
Strong Final Cut Pro experience. FCP only, so projects hand off cleanly. Please do not apply if you work mainly in Premiere or Resolve.
A strong sense of pacing, music, and timing
Reliable turnaround and clear English communication

Bonus: real estate, property tour, or YouTube editing experience.
