Premiere Pro Editor Needed

We are currently looking for editors on Premiere Pro who can sort through a wedding and pick out the good shots as well as sync the audio for different parts of the wedding day. It generally takes about 6-8 hours per project.

We are currently paying $75 USD (roughly 4250PHP) per edit. We have very consistent work.

The turn around time for an edit is 3 days, so we do need it back quickly.

What is needed for position:
Good wifi to download projects.
Able to download 500GB files to their computer to edit.
Have availability to edit each video in around 3 days.
Must edit in Premiere Pro.
Have a computer that can edit 4K footage or ability to create proxies.
