JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a talented Web Designer who knows their way around Figma and has a strong design sense for clean, modern, and conversion-friendly websites. This is a part-time role to start, with the opportunity to move to full-time if a job requires more hours or if it's a good fit for both of us.

What You’ll Do:

-Design beautiful, functional website layouts and wireframes using Figma
- Work with existing brand styles or create new ones based on creative direction
- Create UI/UX designs that are user-centered and mobile-responsive
- Collaborate with our team to turn client goals into high-performing landing pages
- Provide assets and design specs for development (if needed)

Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Solid design fundamentals: typography, spacing, color theory, visual hierarchy
- Ability to work independently and take creative ownership
- A portfolio showcasing web design work (required)
- Good English communication skills
- Stable internet connection and reliability in meeting deadlines

Bonus (not required, but nice to have):

- Experience with Webflow or understanding of how designs translate to development
- Familiarity with landing page best practices, especially for marketing/sales

Before Applying please include the following:
- What is your favorite brand and why?
- Your favorite Figma file you have created (Please include a read-only link)
- Share one small UI/UX detail you often include that you think makes a big difference.
- Please add the word "pineapple" somewhere in your message so I know you read the whole post
- Imagine I’m your client and I say: “We need a new homepage, make it look modern and clean.”
What would you ask me before starting the design?
- Look through the following website and provide 1 critique on the design: Upgrade to see actual info
- How often do you use ChatGPT?
