Figma Designer/Editor for Web App

I need a figma designer/editor to mockup screens for my task management/CRM web application.

I will require the designer to have an understanding of the existing application and the competitors and need the designer to give a cosmetic upgrade to our existing app as well as provide UI/UX enhancements.
