Figma Designer with Conversion Optimization Experience (Part-Time, Remote)

Hello there.

We're looking for a UI/UX Figma designer who enjoys working on conversion-focused pages and collaborating on test ideas.
This is a part-time, long-term role with flexible workload, clear guidance, and open communication.

You don’t need to be a CRO expert. We’ll provide direction, explain what we’re trying to improve, and be available for questions. Your main job is to design clean, thoughtful variants in Figma and occasionally help think through ideas together.

What you’ll be working on:
- Designing and redesigning pages in Figma
- Creating variants for testing in Figma (based on existing pages we'll provide)

What this role is NOT:
- No coding or development
- No analytics, heatmaps, or data analysis
- No test setup or experiment running

Your deliverables are Figma designs only.

How we’ll work together:
- Clear briefs and examples provided
- Async communication (friendly and collaborative)
- We'll give constructive feedback, explain my reasoning, and I’m always open to hearing yours
- Weekly calls, plus quick check-ins if needed

Time & compensation
- $500/month
- Part-time, up to ~80 hours/month (often less)
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible schedule, just need to be responsive during workdays

What we're looking for
- Strong Figma skills
- Experience designing pages with conversion or A/B testing in mind
- Comfortable discussing ideas in English on calls
- Enjoys collaboration and iteration
