Client Care Coordinator / Care Liaison (Work From Home – PST)

Requirements
Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
Compassion and professionalism when dealing with clients and seniors
Must be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST), primarily U.S. mornings
8-hour shift with clock-in via Google Meet; must be comfortable being on camera
Reliable internet connection and personal PC/laptop
Work Setup (Remote):
We operate on Google Meet, which functions as a virtual office. You’ll log in, remain on camera (with a virtual background to protect your privacy), and collaborate with your team in real time. This setup allows us to easily see who is available or busy with client calls—just like being in an office, but from the comfort of your home.
