JOB OVERVIEW

Need someone EXPERIENCED and knows the ins and outs of facebook and instagram marketing, be able to create campaigns, and be able to incorporate and make designs with posts (must be proficient in designs average looking to good designs with Canva or Photoshop).

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO KNOW HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN FB/IG MARKETING, do not apply saying you are willing to learn. You MUST be knowledgeable in this field, know how to run campaigns, report analytics understanding, and do things on your own with little supervision. This is for our ecommerce websites and business in the garage and sliding door hardware category, so if you have experience with garage doors and sliding doors hardware please state that.


If you have experience with other platforms is fine, but our main platforms is FB and IG, and mailchimp marketing, and text messaging marketing. We need someone that can help grow the company within 30 days we need to see good performance. If your skills do not generate leads or results, then we will have to find a replacement. We need someone with skills that can do things on their own, and post engaging ads, and posts with good return rates.

Job Posting:


Our company is looking for a reliable marketing specialist with experience in many areas from website to paid media campaign, e-commerce assistance, Social media, Graphics Design. Every digital marketing resource in marketing is considered on our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

The Marketing Specialist will provide direct assistance and support to the Marketing Director. This will include creating social content (photos, videos, graphics, copy), managing social media accounts (content calendar), creating email marketing campaigns (support the marketing team with concepts, campaign building, campaign management, optimization) in addition to supporting the department with various projects and tasks.




Content Creation and Management:

- Create compelling and engaging content for various channels (website, social media, email, etc.).
- Manage content calendar and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.


Digital Marketing:

Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEM, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, etc.).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and drive community growth.
Brand Management:

Ensure brand consistency in all marketing efforts, including visual elements, messaging, and tone of voice.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
Marketing Collateral and Materials:

Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales collateral.
Coordinate with design teams for visual assets.
Analytics and Reporting:

Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Prepare regular reports for stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Sales:

Ability to use marketing skills and/or graphics designs to promote sales, and bring in customer leads.
