We’re seeking a highly analytical and strategic
-Develop, manage, and optimize
-Utilize
-Conduct deep performance analysis on campaign metrics including CPM, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
-Produce detailed weekly performance reports showing spend-to-sales correlation and ROI trends.
-Present data reports and actionable insights directly to the CEO, COO, and CFO.
-Track and analyze week-over-week growth, providing recommendations for improved targeting, creatives, and funnel optimization.
-Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure campaign leads are aligned with actual sales outcomes.
-Stay current on Meta platform updates, ad policy changes, and emerging optimization techniques.
Qualifications:
-3+ years of hands-on experience managing
-Expert knowledge of
-Proven ability to connect ad performance metrics to real sales outcomes.
-Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for building and visualizing performance dashboards.
-Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting.
-Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex metrics.
