JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to help grow our agency. The successful candidate will manage Facebook ad campaigns from strategy to reporting, including creating and testing ads, optimizing for ROI, and scaling budgets.

You’ll work directly with our CEO, Sean Stone, to refine campaigns, ensure proper tracking, and test new approaches for consistent improvement.

The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, particularly in platforms like Asana (not Monday.com), Facebook Ads, and WordPress. While we don’t currently use ClickFunnels, we’re open to it, so familiarity is a plus.

This position is for you if you:
• Have 2+ years of experience in Facebook Ads with a focus on lead generation.
• Understand setting up pixels on WordPress (Elementor) and can troubleshoot tracking.
• Can quickly analyze accounts, adjust strategy, and implement tests for consistent growth.
• Have a keen eye for editing copy and creatives to optimize for ROI.
• Are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
• Enjoy being the technical lead for campaigns and can execute tasks from the CEO and team.
• Excel at metrics tracking and reporting to optimize campaigns weekly.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Sean to refine campaigns and ensure tracking is accurate.
• Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to drive conversions.
• Conduct A/B tests, analyze performance, and scale budgets based on KPIs.
• Update pixels and manage WordPress pages as needed.
• Monitor weekly metrics (e.g., booked calls, cost per lead) and recommend adjustments.
• Stay updated on Facebook ad trends, new tools, and AI solutions.

Non-Negotiables:
• Work business hours in the PST time zone.
• Strong, reliable internet for remote work.
• Track all tasks, time, and updates in Asana.
• Ask questions when unclear and engage with the team regularly.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of Facebook advertising experience with proven success in lead generation.
• Strong technical knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, WordPress, and pixels.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimizing for ROI.
• Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Bonus:
• Experience with high-ticket service sales.
• Familiarity with ClickFunnels or similar tools.

We’re starting this role part-time, but for the right candidate, it can grow into a long-term, full-time position with opportunities for additional training and development.
