FULLTIME Question Curator for Instagram (Remote| PH-based VA)

We’re looking for a full-time Question Curator to join our team and help create high-performing question content for social media.

You’ll be working on content for our IG accounts under Flamingo Cards. This role is ideal for someone with strong judgment, great writing instincts, and an eye for what makes people want to answer (and share).

You do NOT need to be a “professional writer.” We care more about taste, structure, safety, and consistency. We’ll train you on our formats and what performs best.

What you’ll be doing:
*Curating and writing question sets for IG carousel posts
*Creating questions for themes like couples, friends, fun, deep, wholesome, etc.
*Turning a prompt/topic into 5 questions with intentional progression
*Making revisions based on feedback and performance data (link taps)

What we’re looking for:
*Strong English writing skills (simple, natural, not “AI sounding”)
*Excellent question judgment (knows what’s intriguing but still safe)
*Ability to follow formats and keep a consistent brand voice
*Taste for internet-friendly, scroll-stopping prompts (without being cringe)
*Comfortable writing lots of variations without repeating yourself
*Detail-oriented (spot duplicates, awkward phrasing, or overly similar prompts)
*Reliable internet connection
*Available for full-time work

Nice to have:
*Experience writing for social media marketing
*Familiarity with relationship / friendship / lifestyle content
*A small portfolio of writing samples (even a Google Doc is fine)

Salary, benefits, and growth:
*Starting salary is $400 per month (full-time)
*Performance-based raises
*We have tea ---------- mbers who started at this level and now earn $1,000 per month after a couple of years
*Philippine holidays are observed
*13th month pay is provided
*This is a long-term role, not freelance or short-term
