Working Hours: 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday
Monthly Income: PHP 20,000 – 50,000

***ABOUT THE ROLE***
You will handle part of our Sales Pipeline , which means converting qualified leads into active free trials.
This role is critical. Accuracy, speed, and reliability matter more than sales talk.

***COMPENSATION STRUCTURE***
- Fixed base salary
- Allowances
- Output-based incentives/commissions
Total monthly income ranges from PHP 20,000 to 50,000, depending on performance.

***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES***
- Call and validate clinic leads (doctors, clinic managers)
- Follow a strict sales pipeline process
- Convert validated leads into trial sign-ups (NO SELLING, NO DEMOS)
- Handle WhatsApp/Viber follow-ups professionally
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM records
- Meet realistic daily and weekly targets


***WORK REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)***
- Minimum 8 working hours per day
- Quiet and conducive workspace for calls
- Stable internet and working computer
- Ability to attend scheduled calls on time
- Willingness to follow processes exactly

Missed meetings or late deliverables during the trial period = automatic disqualification.
