We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Schedule & Data Entry Assistant to support our commercial interior design studio.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, has exceptional attention to detail, and is confident working with large Excel schedules.
Hours will initially be on an as-needed basis, with the potential for ongoing work as our business continues to grow.
Responsibilities
Populate furniture schedules
Populate finishes schedules
Populate lighting schedules
Populate fixture schedules
Insert product images
Copy schedules between project floors
Update supplier names
Update product codes
Check quantities
Compare drawings against schedules
Format Excel schedules
Check spelling and consistency
Generate PDF outputs
Many tasks involve adapting existing schedules from previous projects and ensuring information is accurate and consistent.
Requirements
Excellent data entry skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong quality assurance mindset
Ability to identify inconsistencies and errors
Strong written English
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to follow established formatting standards
Previous interior design experience is not essential but will be considered an advantage.

Most work will be completed using Excel spreadsheets with documentation exported to PDF.
