Job Title: Remote Explainer Video Creator (Part-Time / Full-Time)

We’re an education-based business on a mission to simplify complex topics through clear, engaging, and high-quality training content. We’re scaling fast and are looking for a talented, creative individual to help us produce hundreds of explainer training videos.

The Role:
As our explainer video creator, you’ll be responsible for crafting concise, informative, and visually engaging training videos from concept to completion. This includes generating scripts (with the help of AI), producing AI voiceovers, and assembling the final video using your creative tools of choice.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with our team to understand training content and learning objectives
• Use AI tools to assist with scriptwriting and voiceover generation
• Design and produce explainer videos using animations, graphics, or visual storytelling techniques
• Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and style across all videos
• Manage project timelines and meet deadlines
• Suggest creative ideas to improve the video content and engagement

Requirements:
• Proven experience creating explainer or training videos
• Familiarity with AI tools for script generation (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper)
• Experience with AI voice generation tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Murf, Descript)
• Proficiency in video creation software (e.g., After Effects, Vyond, Canva, or your preferred tool)
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of storytelling
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple video projects
• Bonus: Experience in education, e-learning, or instructional design
