Expert Youtube Video Editor

We’re looking for a skilled YouTube Editor to help produce engaging and educational content for our channel, which provides expert advice and actionable insights on starting and scaling successful businesses in the dog waste removal industry.

The channel features content from industry expert William Milliken, founder of a multi-7-figure pooper scooper business and the Poop Scoop Millionaire™ community. Our mission is to empower aspiring and professional pooper scooper entrepreneurs with proven strategies and insider knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Educational Tutorials: Edit and refine tutorial videos to ensure they are clear, engaging, and visually appealing.
- Product Reviews: Create polished product review videos that captivate the audience and effectively communicate key information.
- YouTube-Focused Content: Edit videos tailored specifically for YouTube, optimizing pacing, visuals, and engagement elements.
- Sound Design: Incorporate background music and sound effects to enhance the overall viewing experience.
- Video Styling: Ensure videos align with the client’s desired style and aesthetic, similar to the Scoop Start channel.
- Optimization: Collaborate with the team to incorporate SEO-friendly titles, thumbnails, and captions into the content.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing YouTube-specific content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of YouTube trends, algorithms, and audience preferences.
- Knowledge of music selection and sound design to enhance video quality.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with creating content in the style of Scoop Start or similar channels.
- Basic graphic design skills for creating thumbnails or adding on-screen graphics.
- Ability to work independently and take creative direction.
