Expert YouTube Channel Manager (Organic + Ads)

Are you a YouTube pro who knows how to grow channels organically and run high-performing YouTube ads? We're looking for someone who lives and breathes YouTube and understands how to tie it all together with Facebook and Instagram for smart, strategic cross-platform promotion.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow our YouTube channel(s) organically
Develop and optimize YouTube ad campaigns

Retarget across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
Coordinate video content strategy with social media promotion
Analyze performance and constantly improve results


What You Bring:
Proven experience growing YouTube channels (with real case studies or examples)
Deep knowledge of YouTube Ads and retargeting strategies
Strong understanding of Facebook/IG ad platforms and cross-channel strategy
Ability to work independently and hit goals
Bonus: experience with thumbnails, hooks, and optimizing for engagement
This is not an entry-level gig. We're looking for someone who knows what works, stays ahead of trends, and gets results.
