Expert Video Editor — AI Video & Native Ad Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're an 8-figure e-commerce health & wellness brand looking for a highly skilled video editor who lives at the intersection of AI-powered video production and native social content. This isn't a junior role — we want someone who is already deep in the current AI video landscape and can hit the ground running.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment where we move quickly, test constantly, and iterate based on performance data. The work is real, the feedback loop is tight, and the opportunity to grow is genuine.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You'll be producing two core types of content: AI-augmented video creatives (using the latest models for transitions, scene generation, and hyper-realistic storytelling) and native Tiktok-style video ads optimised for FB/IG and similar platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- AI video models
Hands-on experience with Seedance, Kling, Veo or similar current-gen models

- Higgsfield / AI tooling
Proficiency with Higgsfield or equivalent platforms (Arcads, Kie) for AI-assisted editing

- AI transitions
Creating seamless, model-generated transitions that feel intentional and polished

- ElevenLabs
Voice generation and audio integration into video workflows

- Native ad creation
TikTok-style content — organic feel, strong hook, correct pacing and energy

- Storytelling & pacing
Sharp clip selection, narrative structure, rhythm, and audience retention instincts

- Typography for social
Font selection that fits platform norms — knows what reads native vs. branded

- Music & audio design
Strong ear for BG music selection that complements mood and platform context (big BG music library will also be provided)
