We are dynamic and fast-growing business owners managing multiple brands, currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team. This is a pivotal role across four businesses, working closely with our team (and directly supported by our CDMO, Joey) to drive real results through SEO-rich content, systems optimisation, and traffic growth.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

This role is more than just strategy - you’ll be hands-on, repurposing and optimising existing content for SEO, updating blog posts across our websites, embedding internal links, structuring content for search engines, and building our site authority. We’ve got a content engine running - your job is to make it rank.

Your Core Responsibilities:

SEO Content Implementation

Repurpose, refresh and update existing blog content to meet current SEO standards.

Add SEO-rich internal and external links, keyword optimisation, and schema markup where needed.

Ensure consistent tone, structure, and branding across our websites.

Upload content directly to our WordPress sites with proper formatting and tagging (titles, meta descriptions, H1/H2s, featured images etc).

Collaborate with Joey to execute content SEO strategy across all brands.

Website & On-Page SEO

Perform on-page SEO audits across all four websites and suggest improvements.

Optimise page titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt tags, and content structure for best ranking results.

Monitor keyword rankings and site performance using tools like Google Search Console and GA4.

Content Creation & Collaboration

Work with our existing content writers or marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all new and repurposed content.

Support email marketing and social media campaigns where SEO/keyword alignment is critical.

Technical & Off-Page SEO

Assist with technical SEO where needed (site speed, crawlability, indexing).

Identify and implement backlink opportunities through outreach or strategic partnerships (optional depending on experience).

Lead Generation & Funnel Support

Ensure blog and website content supports organic lead generation.

Collaborate with the broader marketing team on funnel content and traffic-driving strategies.

Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of SEO copywriting, content structure, and keyword optimisation.

Experience updating or managing content in WordPress.

Confident using tools like Yoast, RankMath, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.

Ability to manage multiple brands with different audiences and tones.

Eye for consistency, branding, and detail — every blog update should feel polished and on-brand.

Able to follow direction while working independently and with accountability.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with multi-brand SEO or agency-style environments.

Ability to track performance and suggest data-backed improvements.

Familiarity with email marketing tools, funnels, GHL, and social strategy is a plus.
