Expert Flutter Flow & Firebase Senior Developer

We are seeking a skilled FlutterFlow and Firebase Developer with a strong foundation in user experience (UX) design. The ideal candidate will not only build performant and scalable applications but also craft intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with customer needs and product goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop mobile and web applications using FlutterFlow, ensuring clean UI and seamless user experiences.
* Design and implement user flows with a focus on usability, accessibility, and engagement.
* Integrate Firebase services including Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, and Storage.
* Translate wireframes and UI designs into fully functional, responsive screens.
* Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design and development.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive UX across platforms.
* Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure scalability and security.
* Maintain clear documentation of workflows, architecture, and design choices.

Required Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in FlutterFlow development and Firebase integration.
* Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design best practices.
* Ability to analyze user feedback and behavior to inform design improvements.
* Proficiency in Dart and/or JavaScript for implementing custom functions and actions.
* Familiarity with Firebase services: Firestore, Authentication, Storage, Cloud Functions.
* Experience with API integrations and backend connectivity.
* Attention to visual design and layout consistency across devices.

Preferred Qualifications
* Portfolio showcasing UX-driven projects or apps built using FlutterFlow.
* Experience with usability testing tools and methodologies.
* Knowledge of Firebase App Check, Analytics, and advanced security rules.
* Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
* CI/CD deployment experience to Google Play and App Store.
