Key Responsibilities:
Drive high-volume outbound calls via power dialers
Set qualified appointments with confidence and precision
Handle complex objections and tailor your pitch on the spot
Collaborate with different teams and adapt to various campaigns

Qualifications:
3+ years of appointment setting experience
Outbound calling experience is a must
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to switch tones/campaigns as needed
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding KPIs
Tech-savvy with stable internet and backup system

Compensation:
Rate: $9–$12/hour
High-tier bonuses and commissions based on results
