Experienced virtual assistant

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing team! This is a fully remote, contract-based role starting at 10-20 hours per week, with potential to increase rate, hours and responsibilities based on your success in the position.

We're an Australian-based company dedicated to supporting new parents by providing practical education on child development. Through our popular YouTube channel (Upgrade to see actual info) and educational courses, we aim to reduce stress for parents and promote positive outcomes for families.

Role Overview:

As our Virtual Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping us effectively engage and grow our community. Your responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:

- Scheduling and managing emails using ActiveCampaign (experience with similar email marketing platforms is acceptable)

- Uploading and scheduling content on YouTube

- Managing and scheduling posts on social media platforms, particularly Instagram

- Performing various technical and administrative tasks as required

Who We're Looking For:

- Proven experience working as a virtual assistant in a remote setting

- Excellent attention to detail

- Native-level proficiency in English (written and spoken)

- Experienced with social media platforms, especially Instagram

- Experienced using at least one email marketing software platform (ActiveCampaign preferred but not required)

- Highly reliable internet connection and your own computer setup

- Ability to work during Australian business hours

- An eagerness to learn and grow your skillset

Compensation:

$8 USD per hour to start, with potential for increased compensation based on performance and experience.
