???? About Us:

We’re a small but growing U.S.-based reselling business that used to have 600+ active listings on eBay pre-pandemic. We’re rebuilding now and need a highly experienced, hands-off VA to take ownership of our eBay and multi-platform listing process — plus track the backend finances (P&L) from receipts we send over WhatsApp.

???? Responsibilities:
• eBay Listings:
• Write optimized titles, descriptions, and pricing
• Research comps and pricing trends
• Organize item specifics and categories
• Build listings from drafts with photos already uploaded by us
• Cross-Listing:
• Use tools like Vendoo or List Perfectly to post to platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, and Mercari
• Remove sold listings from all platforms
• Relist stale inventory weekly
• Profit & Loss Tracking:
• You’ll receive photos of receipts on WhatsApp
• Track product costs, sale prices, fees, shipping, and net profit in a Google Sheet
• Organize everything weekly so we have a clear profit picture
• Other Tasks:
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to improve listing speed and clarity
• Provide weekly check-ins or simple sales activity reports
• Help streamline and automate wherever possible

? Requirements:
• 1+ year experience listing on eBay
• Cross-listing experience using tools like Vendoo, List Perfectly, or similar
• Experience with basic bookkeeping or expense tracking
• Fluent in English (especially writing listings professionally)
• Self-motivated — you should be able to run this without micromanagement
• Willing to communicate via WhatsApp
• Trustworthy with account access

Photos will be taken by us and uploaded into eBay drafts. You’ll handle everything from there.
