Experienced WordPress Developer

Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled WordPress Developer who is an expert in WordPress features and custom fields. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling WordPress-related errors, creating custom fields, and working with e-commerce setups. Familiarity with the Flatsome theme is a significant advantage.

We do not work with page builders like Elementor or Divi. If your experience is primarily with these tools, this position may not fit you well.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites.
• Customize themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
• Implement and manage custom fields and other advanced WordPress features.
• Optimize website performance and ensure website security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues.
• Set up and manage e-commerce websites and related features.
• Upload new products, create custom fields, and manage banners.
• Upload new pages and content provided by the content writer.
• Work collaboratively with design and content teams to create seamless user experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Expertise in custom fields and advanced WordPress features.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce setup and management on WordPress.
• Familiarity with the Flatsome theme is a significant plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related errors.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Availability to work four hours a day, four days a week.
Compensation:

• Starting at $4 per hour, with the potential for an increase based on performance.
• Initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extension to a permanent position.
