We are a skincare brand for mature women looking for a strong video editor to create high-converting ads for our Eastern European market.
Who We're Looking For:
We need someone who is highly competent, experienced, and understands performance-driven video editing. You should have:
- Experience editing social media ads, especially for e-commerce and beauty brands
- Copywriting and scripting skills to craft compelling ads
- Deep understanding of direct response marketing and social media ad performance
- Ability to analyze and optimize videos for CPA goals
- Experience working with UGC creators and structuring high-converting video variations
Pay Structure & Growth Potential
We reward results. If you can deliver, we aim to get you to $3,000++/month within 3 months.
Starting Pay:
1) Stable base pay of $1,000/month
2) Bonus $50-$100 per video that meets/exceeds our CPA targets
3) Extra Performance-Based Earnings:
- Tier 1: $100 per week
- Tier 2: $200 per week
- Tier 3: $400 per week
How to Get Hired
Before offering a full-time position, we will assess your skills through paid trial work. You can start earning bonuses at this stage.
Trial Task:
- Edit 5 videos for our 24K Gold Anti-Aging Serum in English, Bulgarian, Romanian, and Greek
- These videos will be paid work and eligible for performance bonuses
