We are seeking a highly experienced and resourceful Virtual Assistant (VA) to help us open wholesale distributor accounts and secure brand approvals for our e-commerce business. This role is specifically for someone with a proven track record in finding authentic and reliable suppliers that work with Amazon sellers. The role will require calling suppliers and brands directly to establish business relationships and open accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Research and identify authentic wholesale distributors and brands that allow Amazon sellers.
• Call and
• Verify the authenticity and reliability of suppliers.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for account creation.
• Build and maintain a database of approved suppliers and account details.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in opening wholesale distributor accounts and securing brand approvals is a MUST.
• Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem and wholesale distribution.
• Ability to verify and work with legitimate and authentic suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with confidence in making calls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Amazon FBA wholesale business.
• Familiarity with U.S.-based wholesale distributors and brand owners.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.
Work Hours: Flexible, but availability during U.S. business hours is a plus.
