We are Nostalgic-Art (Germany-based), creating retro-themed products and selling globally via e-commerce (Amazon, B2B & B2C) plus a marketing website. These are all supported by a growing digital team of developers, designers, and web analytics specialists. We’ve also built strong partnerships with talented freelancers from the Philippines.
We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer based in the Philippines to join us long-term. If you enjoy creating smooth, user-friendly experiences, love working with clean and structured design systems, and want to collaborate with an international and creative team, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with development, design, and marketing teams to improve the user experience of our digital products.
- Design and improve e-commerce shops, landing pages, and other marketing interfaces.
- Follow and help improve our existing design system.
- Create reusable components, templates, and layouts that can scale.
- Use Figma, Notion, and MS Teams for daily collaboration.
- Take initiative, suggest UX improvements, and help solve usability issues.
- Make sure designs work well across all devices.
- Guide and support a junior UI/UX designer, helping them improve their skills and work.
Requirements
- Experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Experience in e-commerce design is a plus.
- Confident using Figma and working with design systems.
- Good eye for layout, typography, spacing, and overall design.
- Experience creating reusable components and flexible templates.
- Comfortable working remotely, independently, and communicating clearly.
- Comfortable in working with a team and leading a junior UI/UX designer.
- Able to guide and support a junior UI/UX designer in their work and growth.
- Familiar with tools like Notion and Adobe Suite (nice to have).
- Interest in vintage or retro design is a plus, but not required.
