Experienced Transaction Coordinator – Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator.

Requirements:

Experience as a Transaction Coordinator (Real Estate required)

Strong MLS knowledge (If you don't know this, don't apply)

Understanding of real estate contracts and closing process

Ability to manage transactions from contract to close

Ability to manage and update CRM systems

Clear and understandable English

Comfortable with outreach, inbound and outbound calls when needed

Strong client communication skills
