Experienced Technical Recruiter - Full-time Remote

Falador is seeking a highly skilled Experienced Technical Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts across key departments, including Operations, Support, Marketing, Sales, and Web Development (Front-end and Back-end). Whether you're specialized in one area or have the versatility to recruit across multiple domains, we want you to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent across designated departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring efforts with business objectives.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure alignment with technical requirements and company culture.
- Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with HR and department leads to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process and improve efficiency.

What You'll Need:

- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within Operations, Support, Marketing, Sales, or Web Development.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for each domain.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
