REIDOC Agency provides cutting-edge CRM and marketing solutions for capital raisers, while REIDOC Capital helps physicians invest in real estate through syndications. We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to build, manage, and grow our social media presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Who You Are:
? Results-driven social media strategist with proven experience in managing and scaling online communities
? Highly knowledgeable in social media algorithms and how to leverage them for growth
? Skilled in crafting and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, visibility, and conversions
? Experienced in community management—you know how to attract, nurture, and grow an engaged audience
? Preferably has experience working in the real estate capital raising niche (or a strong understanding of it)
? A data-driven marketer who knows how to track performance and optimize content for better results

What You’ll Do:
* Develop and implement a social media strategy tailored to real estate capital raisers
* Manage and grow an online community, fostering meaningful discussions and engagement
*Create and schedule high-quality content across relevant social media platforms
*Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize reach and engagement
*Engage with the audience to build trust, increase interaction, and drive conversions
*Stay updated on social media trends & algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:
• Develop, implement, and manage social media content plans for Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging graphics, short videos, and written posts to promote brand awareness, education, and engagement.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximize reach and impact.
• Schedule and publish posts using GHL (Go High Level)

Community Management:
• Build and nurture engaged communities in Facebook Groups and Upgrade to see actual info by encouraging discussions and providing valuable resources.
• Moderate comments, respond to inquiries, and ensure community guidelines are maintained.
• Monitor group performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies.

Video & Graphic Editing:
• Edit and enhance videos for YouTube and social media posts using tools like Canva, Descript, Adobe Premiere, or other video editing software.
• Design high-quality graphics and visuals for promotional materials, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Ensure consistent branding and style across all visual content.

Analytics & Reporting:
• Track social media performance metrics (engagement, followers, clicks, etc.) and generate monthly reports.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and improve audience reach.
• Monitor trends and stay updated with best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing.
• Proven track record of growing and managing social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Strong skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software (Descript, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Experience in real estate or CRM-based marketing.
• Familiarity with YouTube optimization strategies.
