JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Project Manager – Web & Marketing Delivery (Remote, Part-Time)

Immediate Start

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our web development and multi-channel marketing delivery projects in the fast-moving world of class action law. This is a remote, part-time position with strong potential for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Project Leadership – Manage web builds and digital marketing delivery projects from discovery to launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Agile Delivery – Run projects using Agile sprints, managing backlogs, ceremonies, and retrospectives while protecting delivery against scope creep.
• Technical Understanding – Be able to discuss the nuts and bolts of web development and marketing delivery, including:
• Website architecture, CMS, hosting, APIs, and integrations
• QA processes, staging vs. production environments, deployment pipelines
• Marketing funnels, tracking pixels, ad platform integrations, and CRM workflows
• Multi-Disciplinary Team Management – Lead designers, developers, marketers, and compliance experts across time zones.
• Risk & Compliance Management – Anticipate risks, manage scope changes, and ensure projects meet compliance requirements (data handling, claimant onboarding standards).
• Client & Stakeholder Communication – Provide clear, proactive updates and manage expectations at every stage.

Requirements
• Proven Experience – 5+ years managing complex digital/web projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts. Experience in legal, regulated, or compliance-heavy environments is a plus.
• Agile Expertise – Solid working knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban). Ability to coach teams in Agile practices.
• Technical Literacy – Must understand how websites and digital marketing systems work under the hood (not just from a PM perspective). You don’t need to code, but you must know the difference between front-end/back-end tasks, QA issues, API calls, DNS/SSL settings, and how ad/CRM systems integrate.
• Tools – Strong proficiency with a PM tool like Asana, Jira, Trello, Basecamp, plus communication tools (Zoom, Slack/Teams).
• Excellent English – Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking. Must be comfortable in client-facing roles.
• Remote Leadership – Successful track record leading distributed teams and delivering results across multiple time zones.

Nice to Have
• Background in legal tech, class action law, or claimant acquisition campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM-driven funnels, and compliance processes (KYC/AML, GDPR).

Why Join Us
• Work in a fast-paced, high-impact sector where marketing, technology, and law intersect.
• Opportunity to progress within the organisation as we expand globally.
• Flexible, remote-first culture with part-time hours and room to grow.
