Experienced Senior Full-stack Web Developer

Our company is Hyperion Insights, a content production and digital marketing company based in Scottsdale, AZ

We are looking for a highly experienced full-stack web developer to join our team full-time.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain WordPress websites
- Create interactive web-based tools, such as online calculators, quizzes, etc.
- Create custom-coded solutions, for example, replacing or modifying plugins on WordPress
- Identify and fix page speed issues
- Understand and implement security measures to protect company and client activity.
- You will be expected to be highly responsive and able to quickly take care of urgent tasks, sometimes outside of normal "office hours"


Qualifications:
- We are looking for an experienced Web Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a preference for candidates who have 8-10+ years of experience.
- We are looking for a full-stack senior developer who can help us grow and lead a team of junior developers
- Must be proficient in PHP, CSS, and Javascript
- Must understand basic technical SEO
- You must have a strong attention to detail. You must mention that you would like to take the "Hyperion Development Test" in your application to be considered.
- Must have a very strong command of the English language -- ideally, you can easily pass a C2 (Advanced/Mastery) test, but C1 (Advanced) is potentially acceptable as well.
