JOB OVERVIEW

Lynx2Market is looking for an Experienced Sales & Business Development Manager with a proven track record of success in strategic sales to drive growth in selected international markets.

Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven sales professional with:

• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, ideally in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or events
• A self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach to generating and closing deals
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills

Your Role:
• Strategic lead selection and pipeline development – identify and connect with key decision-makers
• Sales and revenue growth – drive sign-ups for our high-profile life sciences events
• Client relationship management – nurture and expand our existing client base
• Negotiation and contract closing – secure long-term partnerships
• Market analysis and competitive intelligence – stay ahead of industry trends
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new business
• Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Understanding and effectively promoting our event programs and partnership meetings
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Negotiating contracts and handling pricing discussions
• Keeping accurate records of sales and client interactions in our CRM
• Preparing sales reports and market insights
• Attending and representing the company at international events (occasional travel required)
What You Need to Succeed:
• Three or more years of proven success in sales or business development (B2B preferred)
• Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Event Sales is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and self-management abilities
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• A passion for building client relationships and exceeding targets

Salary structure:
Basic salary + commissions
