Kapstay is seeking experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Cold Callers to join our acquisitions team. This is not a simple sales position. We are looking for professionals who can build genuine relationships with homeowners, identify motivation, negotiate effectively, and help secure off-market real estate opportunities.
{Position Requirements}
Fluent English (spoken) is required.
Previous real estate cold calling experience is required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trust and interest with homeowners without creating a high-pressure sales environment.
Experience speaking with motivated sellers and qualifying opportunities.
Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
{Responsibilities}
Contact property owners and homeowners daily.
Generate and qualify off-market real estate leads.
Build rapport and establish trust with sellers.
Identify motivated homeowners and uncover opportunities.
Gather accurate property information.
Follow up consistently with leads.
Maintain organized records and CRM updates.
Work closely with our acquisitions team to help secure properties under contract.

$2.50 per hour
$2,500 performance bonus for every property successfully secured closed under contract through your efforts*
