Experienced Property Manager - Appfolio Expert

Full time role with growing PM firm.
Eastern Time Zone
Seeking experienced appfolio manager capable of running full lifecycle of management:

Leasing
Tenant screening
Maintenance - Work Orders
Quarterly inspections
Lease renewals extension
Tenant screening
Vendor management/procurement
Lead management - Outbound calling, texting and email to all leads received
Section 8 renewals/process management

Must have prior experience working with Appfolio and knowledge of Section 8/HAP contracts is desireable.
